  We are in the process of purchasing a house. In our home buyers report it has been established that the Radon levels are above the safe limits. This was very alarming as we love the house we want to buy. Particularly Sarah there has been very reassuring that they will be able to remedy the levels, she advised me with wonderful assurance about the test kits and provided me with very fair advice. Andy too was very helpful in explaining what is likely to be done. I would rate it 5 stars but just waiting for things to be done. I have ordered the 10 day kit, if levels are very high we will proceed with the more accurate 3 month test. Thank you Sarah and the team at Radon, I'm hoping to change my review to 5 stars, but definitely 5 stars for excellent and prompt service!!
